The Career Sprint is 1-to-1 with Richard across two weeks — everything is built around you specifically. The Accelerator is the same methodology delivered to a small group of four. You get the strategy, the sessions and the expert input. What you don't get is a CV rebuilt for you personally — that is replaced with group CV and LinkedIn sessions with live feedback on your documents. The Accelerator is more affordable; the Sprint is more intensive.
